Oh yes, and I forgot...Because they authorized 5 Bbbbbilion shares! In my experience that means they've given up trying to raise money in the traditional biotech style. "Leadership" is going the death spiral route paying warrant holders while ratcheting down sp until no more. Just enough to pay salaries and fees but that's about it.

Do some research and tell me who makes money in death spiral scenarios?
