Just going to throw in constructive criticism here. If they do not buy back of some of the shares the AS will need to be raised it's a eventuality that is inevitable. With that said a buyback and cancelation makes sense. Furthermore it doesnt mean these guys are diluting this thing either it's just a added cost to clear old debt. Even a marginal percentage of buybacks approved per quarter or year would be a great idea maybe something comparable to 10-22 percent of net profit per quarter or year. Have this policy in place till all old debt has been cleared and no more conversions are set to take place. It's like paying off a credit card and it would also show investors and investment community that the company cares about its investors investments. I dont mind collecting shares and dont mind holding but I do mind clearing old debt and AS being increased for new deals. I am also a very big proponent of the stock and I see it going places eventually it just needs a extra push down the road.
