Absolutely WRONG, and FALSE statement, as the stock made a HOD at .1368, and closed at .135, above the MA200.

So the reality is .135, not .10 as you say.

Also, it is false that it is testing the long term support as resistance, as it closed ABOVE the long term support, the MA200.

Notice also the +DI bouncing off of the ADX Line, and the -DI turning down violently.

The RSI also bouncing strongly in direction of the 50 line, the beginning of the MOMO zone.
