For every share sold, there is a share bought. And if I am a buyer in the mkt today with X $. I would love a falling day as I can purchase more on that day. So as a buyer I will be ok on a down day.. if I already hold the stock, I will be disappointed as I could have bot it on the down day.. so every trade has a buyer.. if it falls even better for the buyers as they can wait to pic x+y shares instead of x shares for their allocated $
