NEWS -- Nano Mobile Healthcare : Parent Company Nanobeak Inc. Receives Over $5 Million In Grants from The US Department of Homeland Security and The US Department of Defense

New York -- Nano Mobile Healthcare (OTCMKTS: VNTH), ("Nano Mobile" or the "Company") a mobile health technology company is pleased to announce that its parent company Nanobeak Inc. has received over $5 Million in government grants.

On January 1, 2014, our parent company, Nanobeak Inc. ("Nanobeak"), entered into a License Agreement (the "License Agreement") with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration ("NASA") pursuant to which Nanobeak was granted a royalty-bearing, non-transferable license (the "License") to certain inventions and patent rights owned by NASA relating to chemical sensing nanotechnology, for use within the United States and its territories. The License is effective as of December 31, 2013 and in effect until 2023.

Nanobeak has been developing its first product derived from the NASA nanotechnology, a handheld diagnostic device designed for medical and environmental testing and detection using breakthroughs in nanotechnology and chemical sensing. Nanobeak intends to take the handheld sensor from prototype to commercial production and international distribution. The US Department of Homeland Security and the US Department of Defense have already provided more than $5 million in grant money to advance the efforts of NASA in developing working prototypes.
