Twenty cents is a Manipulated illusion and Gift IMO!
To Each there own. I Loaded the Boat here.
FCEL 1st hit down here on 6-12-19 was halted on the Exxon News for a few minutes and then JUMPED to .8444.
It has been Naked shorted and MANIPULATED hard a few months before and every since. I don't think Manure-pile-ating MM's thought good Volume and this much interest would Last.
I actually sold my .22's I bought earlier that day for .78 minutes later.
That's how fast it moved. FCEL at these Prices is a no Brainer for me!
