I guess you all forgot they said in the BINDING LOI that a statement on their due diligence would take up to 60 days and they are working to become current within 90 days. It hasn’t even been 30 days yet. And they cannot R/S without being current for those thinking of that possibility. The impatience here is ridiculous. Smh
