Just read about another private company

buying a grey company (grey is below

otc/pinks) ... is this becoming a thing!?

ipo's are too complex & expensive, so

private companies are choosing easier

ways to go public without all the lawyers &

accountants & fanfare..... if so, the best

may still be yet to come for LAZAR
