Let's say we are waiting for the 8-k to be released before any information regarding what happened at the "Signing Ceremony" on Monday in Vietnam.

If that's the case, and the 8-k does not have to be released until 4 days after the "execution date" then...

Technically, the Execution Date is..

the date on which the contract has been signed by ALL THE NECESSARY PARTIES.

What if they are still waiting on "all the necessary parties" to sign. Don't know who all they would be, but, it could be a factor in the delay.

If that is the case then the actual information we are all waiting to receive may be delayed until the final signatures are on the docs.

Or, hopefully, it could be released within the next 30 minutes if all is based on an actual "execution date" and time being Monday, June 17, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
