It has traded like this for awhile while the OS remains unchanged. Cannot seem to break past this range with all the shares being accumulated lately. I think this must be one of the cheapest fully reporting shells out there. Also with the 10 million debt being forgiven should make this a much more attractive shell. I really think there is a large short position here IMO!
