No. It's the Hedgies snatching those shares from someone with the MMs & the brokerages help in selling out those shares for 'Margin Calls'...Goes to show that the CTs are "Very Valuable" and the Hedgies are accumulating them 'by Hook or Crook".

In Fact this is Criminal because the MMs are 'breaking Securities' laws' by selling to the Hedgies at the lowest Bid of .04C that they are displaying while there are much higher Bids in place at this time, including mine, for those flavors of CTs.
