I got an update from the TA on Friday about the share structure:

Authorized Shares: 300 million
Oustanding Shares: 107 million
Free Trading Shares: 25 million

Multiply these numbers by 6 and that's what it will be come Monday.

Obviously the O/S has increased 40 million since CWRN started trading. I'm not sure how much of that increase occured during the fiasco with the PR folks when the price fell from .50 to .10, or how much occured after in the fall from .10 to .02.

About 28 million of the dilution was in restricted shares, so those haven't been traded, but the float has doubled.
