I'm sure they applied to uplist on that 30th or 31st day in penny range.
Anshu said 4-6 weeks from time of application, so the tier change could happen literally any day.

I'm too lazy to count days, but I'm sure someone has the number of days above a penny!?

It is said that the next Q filing will far surpass this past Q filing as the revs from BLF, the honey and rice deal, and backlog orders shall be filed. 2 final stage M/As of 8.
By next Q filing we should be consolidating in the .20-.25 range.
