I'm personally ok either way. Sure, a settlement will be faster, but a full trial could be enormous for QPRC, especially since this district, as you mentioned, has a history of favoring plaintiffs in patent infringement cases. If the AMZN case were the only lawsuit QPRC had going, it might be more nerve-wracking, but QPRC has more than enough fires going to keep us busy. If we keep winning settlements, then get a huge win from a trial, I'd be totally ok with that.
