I believe you have to put a stop buy order in. That way your order fills at that price or higher. Otherwise when order put in on limit at .11 and .10 is offered it will fill at the lower because limit buy is put in as limit price of 11 or lower. Lower is avail so it fills. Thats been my experience Atleast on Td not sure about other brokerages.
