MMEX..."One of the first refineries to be built in over 40 years in the U.S." - Don't forget that!

Texas is No. 1 … We are the No. 1 oil and gas producing state. If we were our own country, we would be the 10th-largest producer in the world. We have surpassed nations in the Middle East … and a lot of that has to do with what happens right here in the Permian Basin.

Things are not always as they seem at times...Vista converted some notes to 5.3M shares- YES. That much is true according to the most recent Statement of Ownership (sc 13g).
BUT that does not mean they SOLD and if they did sell - then they also took a large loss because the MMEX share price was much much higher when their notes were issued last Sept.

Had they converted their notes last year post reverse split they would have netted 1.25M shares for their $500k Notes - However, by waiting until the share price is severely depressed to take advantage of their 40% discount in share price buying power before converting they could then convert a much much smaller portion of notes and get a great many more shares for a much smaller amount - yet still have notes and remain within SEC limits.

(*Reporting Person has rights under a convertible note to own an aggregate number of shares of the issuer common stock not to exceed 9.9% of shares outstanding. The Reporting Persons’ beneficial ownership of 5,300,000 shares of Common Stock constitutes approximately 7.03% of all the outstanding shares of Common Stock, based upon a total of 75,412,671 shares of Common Stock as reported by the Issuer’s transfer agent on June 12, 2019).

That works out a lot better for Vista Capital than if converting when the share price was so much higher (i.e. like last year Pre and Post Split).

Look at the 1 yr. MMEX historical prices to see the truth!

FACT: Vista Capital only converted a very small percentage of their $500k in notes.

Yesterday's volume was an alleged 5.3 M shares, but when adding up trades showing publicly on Waterhouse the volume was only 3.8M shares.

Where were the other 1.5M shares? Dark Pools! (Dark pools are an ominous-sounding term for private exchanges or forums for securities trading. However, unlike stock exchanges, dark pools are not accessible by the investing public. Also known as “dark pools of liquidity,” these exchanges are so named for their complete lack of transparency.)

Hmmmmmmm

My suggestion is to buy MMEX shares as Vista's 5.3M shares would NOT be sold at a loss because they KNOW how to make $$$$$ and get great ROIs.

Check it out: 5.3M x .007(YESTERDAYS Vol. and AVG. PRICE) = $37,100 - Do you really think they'd sell for such a relatively paltry amount? They certainly don't need the cash because they had a guaranteed 45% ROI in the notes...What we saw yesterday was Wash Trading for the express purpose of feeding misleading information!

Good NEWS is coming very soon and the $$$$$$$$$$ will come to MMEX and shareholders for a very very very long time when the 10k/bpd CDU and 100k/bpd Full Scale Refinery are up and running!!!
