I emailed the investor relations yesterday and, as always, received a response with in a couple of hours. I couldn't post until now because I still am limited to one post per day.
I wrote...

"Good morning Gentleman,
I haven't seen anything about Biocann in the last few PR's and tweets, nor have we heard from them.

Is this deal dead?

BioCann quietly gets on with “their thing”. They clearly, for competitive reasons, are reluctant to say much at all right now. No, there zero breaches of Agreements from either side; so yes, it is there.
