The RS is not for the purpose of dilution like so many penny stocks



The RS was done to remain listed on the NY exchange!

PIR has good intentions Problem is the internet has destroyed nuts and bolts retail operations across the board!


AT@T also did a RS many years back it can result in a good future! Not good for the penny stock millionaire wan bees....
