A $.01-PPS would equal to only 20m market-cap with O/S @2b~
(..and 40m with a maxed out O/S @4b!)
$.10 = 200m market-cap with O/S=2b~
(400m mc w/4b)
$.10+ should be perfectly possible without doing a R/S IMO~
..afterwards R/S at a ratio of 10:1 and uplist to Nasdaq!!? Who knows?
