According to Delaware SOS the debt was paid off for the years 2015 and 2016.

The lie was that SB "negotiated" the debt down from $330,000 to $2,000.

The fact is the debt was ALWAYS $2,000 . Berman forgot he made a Twitter post stating that DE puts up a crazy number on their online forms to force companies to call them and settle for the real amount.

What hasn't been discussed is that On4 still owes DE for the 2017, 2018, and 2019 Annual Reports filings. Probably only $3,000 but it again shows a lack of follow thru on SB's part.
