During the term of the agreement, Amtronics will purchase equipment necessary for the production of the licensed products in an aggregate amount of $3,250,000, subject to payment terms related to delivery and setup.

Breaking down the $7 million in 2019 revenue estimate:

$1 million upfront licensing fee

$3.25 million for all equipment

$2.75 million for all other services and training.
