The Preffereds were sold in exchange for funding...look at the filings. They have not YET entered the market on the conversion basis as far as we know, but I believe they are included in the current OS seeing that they have already been issued and sold to the buyer. All issued shares must be included in the OS (except for Treasury shares) but the conversion of those shares have yet to be reflected in the OS, YET. They are there in the form of 6,620,000.

The stock market is an predator / prey scenario where the Companies and their lenders are the predators and retail IS the prey. Play wisely!
