The gross is much higher. Tbh, we don’t know the true value until we see G. Research financial statement. However, we know from AC financial that G. Research at a minimum is bringing 8 million (net) revenue into $MGHL

The amazing thing here is, unlike most RM’s, we know the minimum value that will be merged in.
