I do expect the outstanding share count to go up. You don’t think that taking on New people and mergers and/or buying property is not going to cost NNRX something, since they are low on cash convertible notes and selling stock are ways to raise cash. Even if he takes on partners with deep pockets they would have to receive stock for there investment and all this stock would have to come from Treasury Shares of company held stock. This would make the OS go up and would dilute share value, which would reflect as no movement in price even though there was an extra large volume of buying
