imjin - the depth and breath of what has been accomplished on this trip by Kim and Jon may surprise us all. That coupled with the rural travel logistics in VN and getting the info properly disclosed publicly and right in accordance with SEC regs is slowing down what is soon to be revealed. This isn't happening in the financial district of NYC.

Public ceremonies that have already been reported on in the VN press and which are a huge part of VN business culture are not what triggers SEC regs and their timing requirements stateside.

The trigger point remains when all documents are signed and the ink is dry. Kim knows this better than anyone.
