Yes, yes. I understand the rules and risks. Staying on top of all of these companies and hanging on every PR is a bit wearying, I'm finding.

If nothing else comes of this foray of mine, at least I'm learning a lot about recognizing value in small growth plays. Once I sell out of my current pink positions (or zero out?), I'll probably stick to the OTCBB or higher.

I'm not playing with more than I can lose, but I'm playing with enough to worry about. I decided about a year ago to throw $50k into the ring to try to beef up enough to buy a house in the Bay Area (which would require me to put down at least $400k to buy into a decent school district with a manageable mortgage). Mostly thanks to the run up in May of NDOL, I was up pretty well on stocks that I had sold ($27k gains, $3k losses), that is until I decided to take a $20k tax loss on CWRN to save myself about $5k in taxes. So I'm running a bit underwater these days. My largest single investment is AURC. Next time it runs over .25 (my average) I'll probably free up about half my shares there and spread the money around a bit. I was going to give myself up to 3 years of high-risk investing to try and make this work. Almost 1 year is up and I'm getting nowhere fast. Maybe NDOL had unbalanced my perspective. I certainly think NDOL's action has made people gun-shy about AURC.

Brent, thanks for this board. It is a refuge from the madness.
