1 of 2 things will happen soon:

1) An increase in the number of authorized shares to accommodate conversions of not only debt but also preferred shares. They don't have anywhere near enough left.

2) The dreaded reverse split.
Which IMO will be far larger than the 1 for 2 thrown around on here it will be more like 1 for 50 or 1 for 100.
