Spoke to an Uber driver about CRSM and he told me there are several other startups just like this one (e.g., Bounce and another one I can’t recall at the moment). So he tried one as a passenger. He said they never showed up and the company charge him for a cancellation anyway. He sent an email to contest the charge and they never responded.
