JB and ZJMY Holding Co (JBZY)

Hi rook! As far as I know, Han has and always had control of ZJMY. ZJMY is his company. Wang still has control of JBZY.

The problems are:

1) Wang is still hiding from Chinese authorities;
2) JBZY still doesn't have good financials to show;
3) JBZY doesn't have an IR to represent them in the US (I guess RO is working for Han behind the scenes, hiding from death treats over the phone).

Wang just jumped in this boat because he promised Han that Jinbo would finance the production of Z cars, but as Jinbo ended up being a big scam in China and has no money to finance the production, it never happened and Han was forced to look for other partnerships.

When these 3 things line up, we may see some results. In the meantime, JBZY will remain as a defunct.

I haven't talked to Han for a while, because I know there's no news. So it's better to leave the dreamer alone, trying to realize his dream.
