Thank You for that Flex! SOLI has been an incredible ride for me. One that I will never find again in this lifetime. It was all in the 8-k's filed in January followed by the Definitive agreement 8-k filed in February that allowed me to hang tight with SOLI.
The hardest part for me was getting the penny mentality out of my head. This has been my hardest hurdle for me. You see I purchased 1,125,000 shares of SOLI back in February for .0065 average. I have already made a huge mistake and sold off around 475,000 shares in April at around .40 cents average. I regret those sells now. I still have remaining 650,000 shares so if I remain smart, and keep that penny mentality out of my head, I believe Generational Wealth can be made off of SOLI/CareClix over the next couple of years.
You see the company has done everything right from the beginning. We have now won the Default Judgement and will soon be retiring 12.6 million shares that were illegally stolen from SOLI by a former director and balancing the Books. We already have a market maker ready to file form 211 and we will be up listing off the greys over the next couple of weeks. The company is current on all SEC Filings and we have acquired one of the Top Telemedicine companies in the World called CareClix.
The investment world is not aware of this Acquisition yet and they won't be aware until after we up list. When the world does find out CareClix has gone public through SOLI the stock is going to make some serious gains even from where we are trading at today. This is why I have a Death Grip on my remaining shares.
