I am also a JPS holder in both fnf.
Under "recap and release" plan, there are very high risks and very high uncertainties for all stakeholders. Recap under conservatorship is 100% likely to fail, and will affect both cs and jps holders. CS and JPS may end up losing all their investments.
Under "Release and Recap" plans there are minimum risks and uncertainties that can be very well managed over a period of time. Besides release is immediate, and all stakeholders can start to see the benefits. This will help to build the trust with investors. This is the best way to go for all stakeholders.
