This may have been covered extensively but I have purposefully avoided the board this morning. I’m not selling anytime soon and the CC solidified that.

My reasons:
1. Triple digit growth for past 2 quarters with expectations to not only meet the same rate but exceed. Not just talk but with the vehicle to get there in BLF. 40000 retail store that want our products and 30 markets with very little marketing needed. Put a team logo on something and it sells period.

2. Late stage M&A with multiple companies. We can see this any moment.

3 Garnock has had his eye on this company for more than 2 years, why did he choose to invest the money he did this year? He sees something that he believes to be profitable. That speaks volumes to me. Follow the money.

4. Transparency
