Good to see you are thinking through your theory.

But a sale of the shares still has the obstacle of the premium cost and the poison pill.

A letter by the Board can't ignore that.

When we see that hurdle removed (requiring vote), then the Company will be in play.

My bigger concern is why they can't fill the unused capacity. That was supposed to be a slam dunk.

Did Lias lose a material contract that they were talking about in January

Or did this have something to do with the delay in the permitting.

Kind of ironic that King and Worsley were driving more revenue than the new development team.

Guess we'll find out more in July.
