Once again no facts to prove BioAmber is being restructured - the facts are that BioAmber's assets have been liquidated.

And now the Quebec Court has ordered:

"authorizing a distribution of net proceeds from the sale of the Debtors' assets to the Debtors' secured creditors"

Obviously there isn't a restructuring.
