With this company "within 2 weeks" might be more vague than "soon"

I wish there was somebody to call and find out why the Lowes launch "within a week" has turned into almost 2 months? I see some people try on Twitter to get answers and there is no reply. They went on a bit of a tweet storm for a couple of days dropping some good news. Then the news never happened, and they stopped tweeting. What the hell is going on?

I am still in it for the long haul. I could sell now and take a small haircut. But I am holding long here. So frustrating, but I believe in the products.
