if you have not read the letter to shareholders and own stock or are considering owning best you read what was sent out.

In my view it does not answer the questions I have raised which are what I believe anyone making an informed decision would seek clarity on.

Lots of apologies and lots of we will do better in the letter. "great"

But frankly I do not see any substance in the letter

Again I will ask the following :


To the board and management:


Please tell us if you have done any market promotion over the past six months and if you did what was the nature and cost of the promotion also the benefit

Please tell us why 10,000,000 new shares were issued and to who and for what purpose.

Please tell us the status of the previously announced CBD products, ecommerce website and wild poppy and last and most important your NASDAQ listing


Please tell us what you have done to have the going concern letter you received from the prior audit firm not be repeated for the 2019 audit.


Please provide a press release for the Q 4 results of operations
