259.9 lbs this am!!!! HAPPY!!! One or two Slimfast shakes a day, lots of Water, Exercise/walking and McDonalds 3 or 4 times a week lol (tiny burger, small fries and a diet coke when I go) and tiny bags of sour jelly beans now and then from Dollar General, lol.....rest of the week I'm being really good, but nice losing weight and cheating a little at the same time.....started at 292lbs.....goal 220's......I HOPE?????? 6ft 3 and a half roughly....shrinking as I get older, lol.....true.....Yesterday I started taking ALIVE, filled with powerful liquid vitamins/minerals/nutrients, so should only help.....
