The authorized common stock of the Company consists of 500,000,000shares with a par value of $0.001. There were 72,948,316 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of March 31, 2019 and December 31, 2018.

On June 29, 2018, 60,000,000 common shares were issued by GMOS Nevada to GCS for development of the Company’s business plan.
