I want to see some common sense when JPS holders try to demote CS and promote JPS as the only good thing.

Under most viable plan "Release and Recap", JPS holders can see par+ value.

Under many most garbage(DOA) plans "Recap under conservatorship", JPS holders see slow death by status quo and no dividends. Lawsuits will be dismissed because big fund plaintiffs will run out of money to pay for litigation.
