658K is a super super low float if that is correct. Looks like volume has picked up these past couple of months.

Current OS is 27,250,066 and 25 million of that was from a share certificate that was going to be used for Geoponics acquisition which fell through and returned to the company. Actual OS would end up being 2,250,066 and last float number we have from April was 658K.

committed the Company to issue 25 million shares to Geoponics in return for Geoponics selling 100% of the
outstanding shares of Geoponics. The LOI required that the Company provide funding to the Geoponics
operation within 30 days and install one of the Geoponic shareholders and the CEO of the combined company.
Neither of those events occurred and in October 2018, the parties agreed to terminate the agreement. The
Share certificate evidencing the issuance of the Company shares, was issued and held in escrow contemplating
the closing of the purchase agreement. That certificate was returned to the Company treasury with the
termination of the agreement.
