Thanks for your response. Most businesses that use”Pharms”are dispensaries. I don’t know if There is a connection. Dispensaries are popping up for recreational marijuana. We know where our products will be sold. Iif there is no connection, I hope we can oppose their trademark request because it is a cbd company. We registered and used New Harvest before they registered. I’ll be keeping an eye on their registration along with CV Sciences. We have a trademark that will be published for opposition next month.
