Funny enough, I just checked out inbox and the same store just realized they sold out of the coffee and want another case. I told them they need 2 cases hehe. In fairness the cases are 24 cans per, and I started the biz without an MOQ, and I am paying the price for that by making multiple runs. I'll be enforcing an MOQ here shortly, at least for new customers. It's hard to set one for existing customers since the precedent has already been set, and I don't like the idea of no product on the shelf, should they decide to hold off on reorders until they meet our MOQ... We have been small enough to get away with no MOQ and guaranteed fulfillment within 48 hours, but I do see the pros of having an MOQ outweighing the potential cons imo. Hell, what do you fine folks think?
