I thought it would be a more controlled type selling...where shares were sold over the course of maybe a couple of months, but if they're rebalancing the fund on Friday then it makes sense that all our shares have to be gone by then.

When they sold those shares from the first rebalance they did as I recall it was for a longer period of time and on the last day they dumped a big block. Wasn't it like 30 million shares they sold at the close of that last day?
