Lots of shares to convert this year. From what I can tell all that really happened was the debt that was due was paid off and instantly replaced with more debt...so basically an extension of the maturity dates. Should be ok if news is good, but no news has been reported. Some debt is already due, the OS has gone up 50% in a fairly short amount of time, and plenty of debt coming due through the end of the year.

Businesses need money to work, so the 55% discount - while tough on shareholders - is par for the course in penny land.

Converters almost always benefit - they do quite well at the expense of retail shareholders.

The real question here is what happened during the 60 days of screening? What deals have or haven't been made? 8k needs to be filed within 4 days of any material event. I would consider a distribution deal to be a material event...yet we haven't heard anything. Why?


My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
