Businesses need money to work, so the 55% discount - while tough on shareholders - is par for the course in penny land.
Converters almost always benefit - they do quite well at the expense of retail shareholders.
The real question here is what happened during the 60 days of screening? What deals have or haven't been made? 8k needs to be filed within 4 days of any material event. I would consider a distribution deal to be a material event...yet we haven't heard anything. Why?
My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
