Those that would be in the money as a result of the buyout PPS would be factored in (part of o/s) and those that would be way out would not be counted. Now they would probably get a lawsuit going as there are warrants out there with 2+ years still on them in the $30's and $40's. Those would still be WAY OUT of the money even with a Billion or $1.3B buyout.
