I really hope so too, Snelly. Han is a dreamer, but he's a good man with good intentions. I think he was lured by Wang, who promised to invest money to make ZJMY cars. When things went wrong with Jinbo, Wang escaped from China in order to not go to jail. I believe it's a matter of time, Wang is going to be caught and preferred shares will be transferred to Han.
Anyway, I am curious to see how this will unfold.
