Those 2 reports detail the bidding process for the liquidation and the closure of the sale. The subsequent reports confirm the assets were liquidated, despite this clinging to the word "sale," "liquidation process," etc. The assets were sold off, BioAmber is now an empty shell that cannot pay its debt, and that is despite whichever word is favored to describe it.

BioAmber is out of business.
