Dumping-Algos aren't self-aware of upcoming company initiatives

therefore dumping .0002's for .0005s+. The algos are like "(WHILE MKTPRC > COSTBASIS) sell sell WAIT sell sell to oblivion". Our pumper group having showed up again isn't helping much either, as they will gladly take beer$. CDEL is the worst lately though. There is gold to be made here, in time.
