CONFIRMED!!
We have other stock piles of ore that we will be releasing assay results on very soon, but I don’t believe it will be all this week. We have interest from a Chinese group who would like to buy all the gold that we can produce from the deposit. Have they purchased anything yet… no because we havent shipped any bars yet.

Winmax owns the Gemstore, Inc., A major shareholder in Winmax and a couple of the Officers/directors owns shares in PMRX but no direct control from Winmax.
The Gemstore might purchase metal/precious gems from Winmax but I have no information to confirm as such

Rich,
Does PMRX have a connection to WinMax? Does PMRX have a jewelry store or a connection to one? If there is one, where is this store located.

No I have not been to the store. I am up in Calgary, Canada. I don't even think there was a store, just an address to get a business licence.
I believe all the news that has come out over the last month, just I have a hard time understanding why after years of being a nothing company that they all of a sudden have assets and land and gold. Seems a little strange to me.
Maybe someone wants to ask the PR guy how they managed all that the next time you talk to him

If the stock pile was a ton then you thought process would be correct, in this instance the ore pile was only 25Kg.

What’s the yield per ton though about? I’m assuming it’s not 91percent per ton.
Maybe a few ounces or so?

Yes on the power outage and the issue regarding the pr because of the release.
25 kg=825 ounces x 630.00 per gold = 520,000.00 x.91 (The percentage of gold in pile) =473,000.00 in that pile. We have more piles with larger weight to report soon.
180,000,000 outstanding of which 80,000,000 in the float

Rich,
When you get a chance can you confirm some of the things I’ve heard---
1) Did you have a power outage yesterday?
2) Was the PR emailed to you and was thus delayed because of the power outage?
3) Can you explain the most recent PR to me? I’m confused as to what it says—Percent per ton? Etc. What did the assay results pretty much come up with?
4) Is there more news expected soon?
5) Anything you can tell me that might be helpful to my understanding of PMRX? Clear things up a bit.
Thanks,
Mike

The 25kg is a sample of the ore that has gone to the assayers. The assay will determine the % of value per tonne.

In regards to Prom Resources (PMRX), what is this 25kg figure I keep on hearing? Does this have something to do with the amount of extractable gold per mined ton?
Thanks,
Michael McGrath
