It appears that Captain Black Pete of the SS SLJB has run the SLJB a ground in dangerous waters and she is listing badly. Black Pete escaped on his private helicopter as soon as danger was apparent and is safe on shore enjoying a and glass of Grey Goose and a Cohiba. He states that his only regret is leaving the audited financials on the boat as now they are lost forever.
Most passengers jumped ship right away as the pumps failed and flooding was apparent but some foolish passengers and people with flippers stayed behind to go down with the ship. It now looks like the remaining passengers are scrambling for wessal brand life rafts, unfortunatly they are defective and people are drowning by the dozen.The vultures are circling the ship and shorting with glee as they witness the ship listing and sinking.
